• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree not to use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• You represent that you have the necessary rights and consents for any audio content you upload.

4. Content Ownership

You retain all rights to the audio files you upload and the transcriptions generated. We do not claim ownership of your content. By using the service, you grant us a license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Voaise, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
