1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to be completely satisfied with Voaise. If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.
This guarantee applies to all first-time subscribers of our Monthly and Annual plans.
2. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your cancellation will become effective at the end of your current billing period.
We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods after the initial 14-day window. You will continue to have access to the service until the end of your billing cycle.
3. One-Time Purchases
Refunds for one-time purchases (such as "Pay As You Go" credits) are available only if the credits have not been used. Once any portion of a credit pack has been utilized, the purchase is non-refundable.
4. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support tea (support@voaise.com) with your account email and transaction details. We allow up to 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
